Where is velocity sensitivity in GarageBand iOS?

How to find and change velocity sensitivity for your virtual instruments in GarageBand iPhone or GarageBand iPad.

In this video I answer a common question that frustrates many GarageBand iOS users – where is the velocity sensitivity option?

The trick is that it is only visible when you are in the actual instrument view, and not the track view. Simply tap on the instrument icon and you will be good to go.

How to share a GarageBand iOS song on YouTube

How to share your GarageBand project as a video file to YouTube using the free Voice Record Pro 7 app in iOS.

GarageBand had a great feature where you could send your song directly to YouTube from the app. Unfortunately, they removed this feature in version 2.3.

So in this video, I show you a quick and easy way to trim your GarageBand song and upload a simple video file directly to YouTube, or save as a video file on your device to share.

In this video, the fourth in this songwriting series, I will take you inside the mix and talk about the arrangement of the song “Perfect” which I am currently working on in GarageBand iOS.

Mixing can be an easy process if you keep things simple and focus on what the mix needs. In this one, I show you how I use EQ, compression, reverb, delay and volume automation to get a nicely balanced final mix.
