How to combine multiple vocal takes in GarageBand iOS (iPhone/iPad)

GarageBand has its own “Multi-Take” recording option which allows you to record multiple takes o the same track and then compile or “comp” them together. (Link)

Personally, I find it easier to just record individual tracks and then move the best part of each track to a master “comp” track, which is what I show on this video.

I also then show you how I use my other takes as vocal doubles to thicken up my chorus.

Something a little different and (hopefully) fun today.

In this video, I perform my new song “Six & Eight”, using my GarageBand iPhone track as my backing track. How does it turn out? Tune in to find out!
